Heat price in Slovakia provides Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO). For each supplier of heat - regulated entity - RONI issued pricing decisions and publishes them on its website. Processing data from these decisions can get different reports. Based on the experience of the "manual" processing URSO for 2012 were compiled algorithms transform data from PDF documents decisions database web application. These were used to obtain heat prices in Slovakia in 2013 Their debut article was published on the Company's reasonable consumers Slovakia. Map
On the map background home value estimator shows signs associated pricing decisions issued by the Regulatory Office for Network Industries. Variable and fixed component (the so-called. Bicomponent price) is converted to a price per MWh and geolokovaná of the address of the regulated entity or delivery points.
For pricing decisions issued by regulated entities in the form of PDF documents data are transferred to the database home value estimator web application. Beginning of March 2014 were in the database data on heat prices for the years 2012 and 2013 This article presents a number home value estimator of reports relating to heat prices in 2013.
Documents Overview of PDF documents with pricing decisions home value estimator for 2013 in the table. Table 1. 1 Processed documents pricing decisions for 2013 Characteristic Value Number of documents pricing decisions 352 documents home value estimator with multiple prices 47 Number of documents issued during the year 2,013 61 Prices
Overview of heat prices in 2013 is in the tab. Table 2. 2 Statistics heat prices in 2013 Characteristic Value N - number 695 min prices - price 7.2593 / MWh avg - average price of 102.3593 / MWh max - the highest price of 272.7621 / MWh
Overview of heat prices in 2012 and 2013 in Table. Table 3. 3 Statistics heat prices in 2012 and 2013 Characteristic Value N - number of 1326 min prices - price 7.2593 / MWh avg - average price of 100.7293 home value estimator / MWh max - the highest price of 272.7621 / MWh
The price range for the green markers on the map and green columns in the chart interval from 90.66 to 110.80 / MWh. It's around 10% of the average heat price in Slovakia in 2012 and 2013, which is 100.73 / MWh.
The greatest number of prices occurs around the average price of 100.7293 / MWh in 2013 significantly lower or significantly higher prices are unique. Nevertheless, the question arises why such a big difference between the highest and lowest price.
Statistics heat price increases in 2013 to 2012 in the tab. Table 4. 4 Statistics heat price increases in 2013 to 2012. Characteristic Value N - number of price increases 342 min - the smallest increase home value estimator in price 0.0321 / MWh avg - average price increase of 8.0045 home value estimator / MWh max - the largest price increase 162, 7,814 / MWh
Was a decrease of heat prices in 2013 to 2012 - see tab. Tab 5. 5 Statistics decrease in heat prices in 2013 to 2012. Characteristic Value N - number of price increases 156 min - the smallest reduction in the price of 0.0039 / MWh avg - average price reduction 5.9607 home value estimator / MWh max - the largest price reduction 56, 4,031 / MWh
The price URSO shows the maximum price that the contractor may not exceed. However, it is possible to negotiate a lower price. About it but no information home value estimator is available. They are not data about what volumes supplied to the heat are used individual prices. Reports of actual prices could be clarified, for example, if it was the individual prices of heat for households connected to the expected power reserved by the heat and / or estimate the number of households odoberajúcich heat at a given price.
Graphs used in this article were obtained directly from the web application "URSO for thermal energy." Registered users have the applications available analytical tools that give them insight on prices, their increase, and decrease the variable and fixed components in the form of graphs.
